# App Circle

> App Circle (https://appcircle.co.uk) is a free test-for-test community for Android developers. Members test each other's apps to help meet Google Play's closed testing requirement (12 testers opted in for 14 continuous days on new personal developer accounts). It uses virtual coins only: no cash, no fees, nothing to buy.

## How it works

- Sign up free and add the Gmail you use for Google Play testing.
- Test other members' apps: join their closed test, install the app, open it daily and send feedback. You earn virtual coins.
- Post your own app as a testing campaign. It costs coins (testers x reward), not money. Accept testers and add their emails to your closed test in Play Console.
- The optional Android companion app verifies daily opens. App Circle asks testers to keep apps installed for 15 days by default: Google requires 14, and the extra day is a safety buffer.
- When the test is done, apply for production access. The free Play Console Helper drafts starting answers.
