A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Create a free App Circle account, test other developers’ apps to earn virtual coins, then use those coins to fund your own testing campaign. You contribute testing time instead of money.
For affected new personal developer accounts, Google Play requires at least 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days before you can apply for production access. Check your Play Console for the requirements that apply to your account. Google makes the final production-access decision.
Approve tester applications on App Circle and add their Google Play email addresses to your closed-testing list or Google Group. Share your opt-in link so approved testers can join and install your app from Google Play.
The App Circle companion shows your testing tasks and reports installation and foreground app usage from your Android device. Follow the requirements shown for each campaign, keep participating, and share useful feedback with its developer.
No. Completed means the campaign has been marked completed on App Circle. It does not certify 14 continuous days of Google Play opt-ins or guarantee production approval. Your Play Console is the source of truth for Google’s eligibility checks.
