Songweaver: Resonance is free to play through World 1 — a full arc ending at The Hush.
Chain Bass, Mid and Treble cards in sequence to trigger Resonance combos. Branching maps, relics, and two-phase boss fights.
One optional purchase unlocks Worlds 2-5 and the three-ending finale. No ads, no energy timers, no loot boxes.
Testing Instructions
Songweaver: Resonance is an offline roguelike card game — you build a deck and fight through a hand-painted forest. No account, no sign-up, works on a plane.
MOST IMPORTANT: please stay opted in for the full 14 days and open the app at least every few days. Google requires 12 testers to remain continuously opted in for 14 days; if people uninstall or opt out, the count resets and everyone has to start over. Playing for 5 minutes every couple of days is genuinely enough.
WHAT TO DO
1. Install from the closed-testing link and tap Start Journey. There is no account or onboarding.
2. Play through World 1 (the Wakening Grove). A full run takes 15-25 minutes and ends at a boss called The Hush.
3. Try the different card types — Bass, Mid and Treble. Playing them in sequence triggers "Resonance" combos, which is the core of the game. Tap the REACHABLE chip in a fight if you want a hint.
4. If you die, start another run. Runs are meant to be replayed and you keep some unlocks.
5. Have a look at Settings, the Codex, and your run History.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE UNLOCK
After you beat The Hush you will be offered a one-time "Unlock the full Saga" purchase. Please skip it and tap "Not now" — closed-test purchases charge real money and I do not want you out of pocket. Testing World 1 is all I need.
WHAT TO REPORT
- Anything that crashes, freezes, or renders wrong (a screenshot helps a lot).
- Slowdown or stutter, especially during fights.
- Text that is cut off or overlapping — screen sizes vary a lot and that is exactly what I cannot test alone.
- Battery drain or overheating.
- Anything confusing: if you could not work out what to do, that is a bug in my design, not in you.
ALWAYS INCLUDE your device model and Android version (e.g. "Pixel 6a, Android 15"). Device variety is the main reason I am running this test.
